Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, and rights and obligations between users and the service provider of MINIT REPORT (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Description of Service)

The Service provides the following features:

• Retrieval of latest video metadata from user-registered YouTube channels via the YouTube Data API
• AI-powered video summary report generation using Google Gemini
• Personalized newsletter delivery via email

The Service does not store, reproduce, or redistribute YouTube videos themselves. Only video metadata is used.

Article 3 (Registration and Withdrawal)

• Users must provide a username, password, and email address to register. Service access requires administrator approval.
• Users may delete their account at any time from the Settings page. All data is immediately deleted upon withdrawal.

Article 4 (Subscription Tiers and Pricing)

• Free: No charge, with basic channel and summary limits
• Plus: Monthly paid subscription with expanded limits
• Pro: Monthly paid subscription with maximum limits

Specific limits for each tier are described within the Service. Tier limits may be adjusted by the administrator, with prior notice via email.

Article 5 (Payment and Cancellation)

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and valid for 30 days from the payment date.
• When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Automatic renewal will stop from the next billing date.
• No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
• No charges are incurred if cancelled during a free trial period.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

• Users may not commercially redistribute summary content provided by the Service.
• Users must not use another person's account without authorization or interfere with normal service operations.
• Users must register a valid email address. Any disadvantage arising from false information is the user's responsibility.

Article 7 (Service Modifications and Interruptions)

• The service provider may modify the Service as operationally necessary, with advance notice for significant changes.
• The Service may be interrupted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, system failures, etc.), for which the provider is not liable.
• Changes to YouTube Data API policies or quota limitations may restrict certain Service features.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

• Copyright of AI-generated summary content belongs to the service provider.
• Copyright of original YouTube videos belongs to each channel operator. The Service does not replace original content.
• Each summary includes a link to the original video, enabling users to easily access the source.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

• AI-generated summaries do not guarantee perfect reproduction of original video content. Users should verify information through the original videos.
• The service provider is not liable for decisions made based on summary content.
• The service provider is not liable for service interruptions caused by external services (YouTube, SendGrid, etc.).

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with authority over the service provider's location.

Article 11 (Amendments)

These Terms may be amended as needed. Amended terms take effect 7 days after notice within the Service. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
