MINIT REPORT(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 다음과 같이 개인정보를 처리하고 있습니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

- 회원 관리 및 서비스 이용 기록 관리
- 구독 등급 관리 및 결제 처리
- 서비스 개선을 위한 통계 분석 (비식별 처리)
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
- 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유하며, 탈퇴 즉시 파기합니다.
- YouTube API를 통해 수집한 영상 메타데이터는 30일 이내에 갱신 또는 삭제합니다.
- 이메일 발송 기록은 서비스 품질 관리 목적으로 90일간 보관 후 삭제합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음의 경우 예외로 합니다:
- 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
- 법령에 의해 요구되는 경우

6. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
- 회원 탈퇴 요청 시 지체 없이 해당 이용자의 모든 개인정보를 데이터베이스에서 삭제합니다.
- 비밀번호는 bcrypt 알고리즘으로 암호화 저장되며, 원문 복원이 불가합니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
- 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 조회, 수정, 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 이메일 수신 거부(구독 해지)는 뉴스레터 하단의 링크를 통해 가능합니다.
- 회원 탈퇴는 설정 페이지에서 직접 처리할 수 있습니다.
8. 쿠키(Cookie) 사용
서비스는 로그인 세션 유지를 위해 필수 쿠키를 사용합니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 차단할 수 있으나, 이 경우 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

- Personal information is retained until account deletion and destroyed immediately upon request.
- Video metadata collected via YouTube API is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
- Email delivery logs are retained for 90 days for quality assurance, then deleted.

We do not share personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:
- When the user has given prior consent
- When required by law

- Email opt-out (unsubscribe) is available via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.
- Account deletion can be done directly from the Settings page.

The Service uses essential cookies for login session management. You may block cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit service functionality.
